Input e-currency.
For fill up an electronic wallet (input):
- Submit the application for an exchange.
- After your application be taken up, we will contact you to confirm the application and specification of a way of payment.
- The e-currency will be enlisted on your wallet, after we receive the money.
Output e-currency.
For get money in cash (output):
- Submit the application for an exchange.
- After your application be taken up, we will contact you to confirm the application.
- After reception your e-currency, you will be paid cash by the way specified in the application.
Your application will be taken up not later then 24 hours. Usually it takes less time because besides your application for exchange we get on our email we receive an SMS message which allows us to respond on your application instantly.
From the moment of reception from us of confirmation of your application on an exchange, during three working days you should notify us on progress of your payment. Otherwise we do not guarantee presence of the sum, declared by you, of money. Your application will be stopped.
For quickly exchange operation we ask to inform us:
- exact date and time of sending of money.
- what kind of payment you have made?
Thus we always can in time learn about duly receipt of money. It will increase efficiency and speed of exchange operation.
Conditions of realization of operations:
- The exchange is taken as the agreement between two physical persons.
- All operations we perform SERVICE are irreversible from the moment of the operation executed.
- We do not carry the responsibility for actions of electronic payment systems in a consequence of infringement of their serviceability.
- We do not carry the responsibilities in case of CLIENT'S violation the agreement of using payment system WebMoney
- We do not check legality of CLIENT'S, possession the means given for an exchange.
- We do not collect tax or others similar takings from the operations the CLIENT'S made.
- The tariffs on given services are established by exchange office also can be changed in any time (but not during an exchange operation, affter application confirmed).
- The operation is considered to be completed, from the moment of translation to the CLIENT or to SERVICE of the necessary sum e-currency.
- All payments documents should be saved till the end of an exchange operation.
- Make complaints concerning an exchange in black-list (see Menu|To declare the claim in
black-list...) in the system WebMoney Transfer.
